At MGN JEWELLERY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made pieces and earrings are final sale due to hygiene and personalization standards.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewellery in its original display box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
